The KMAC & Associates Coaching Program is ideal for nonprofit organizations with limited or no development staff. The program provides professional support to senior leadership to build a nonprofit organization's development plan. KMAC & Associates leverages 20+ years experience in fundraising, development and relationship building to assist you in determining where coaching needs are the greatest. This can include, by advance agreement, other staff members or volunteer leadership involved in implementing a development plan.
Coaching meetings are scheduled on a monthly basis for a minimum of three consecutive months to provide a consistent forum for addressing questions, progress and next steps.
